Arrive and feel comfortable - Pure country idyll
We were looking for nature, silence, and relaxation. We found it all there as a complete package. Starting with the warm welcome from the landlords, the Werwer family, through the enchanting holiday cottage with a dream-like atmosphere on Lake Malchin, excursions, bird watching, culinary delights, etc., to the heartfelt farewell by the Werwer family, it was one of our most beautiful and well-rounded holidays.
The Dandelion house is bright and friendly. The rooms are spotless. Everything looks so beautifully new. The kitchen lacks nothing. The shower tray in the bathroom is larger than at home. The living room is quite large. In the mornings, you can let the sun shine in your face in the bedroom by pulling back the curtains. It's even more beautiful there than described.
The properties facing the lake are not separated by fences; from the terrace, you have a free dream view over a huge well-maintained garden to Lake Malchin. The nature there is so peaceful, intact, and beautiful. The birds, especially swallows, eat all(!) the mosquitoes, fortunately, we did not see any wasps either. Many birds of prey also fly their rounds there. You should bring binoculars.
A small boat dock belongs to the house. Just as you can dangle your hot feet in the cool water, you can also let your soul dangle.
The nearby little beach is very shallow. The ground is a bit muddy but okay with water shoes. Plenty of sand for building sandcastles. There is also a children's playground there.
Bad Warnemünde is 80 km away. If you choose the route via the country road, the drive takes a bit longer, but you are compensated by landscapes, meadows, animals, and buildings that you would not see otherwise. Overall, there are fantastic corners in the area.
For the summer of 2018, we have already booked a 2-week vacation with the Werwer family and wish it were already time.
