Description

The Ondina holiday home accommodates up to five people and impresses with absolute tranquillity and privacy. Discover the idyllic nature of Istria in a spacious, green setting. The distance to the beach, with sandy and pebbly sections, is about nine kilometres. Thanks to internet access, you can conveniently share your holiday memories.

Location
The accommodation is located in a quiet, green area near Šumber and offers an ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby town centre, which is about three kilometres away. The nearest beach is around nine kilometres away and features fine sand and pebbles. Shopping facilities such as a market, post office, bars and restaurants can also be found approximately three kilometres away. Pula Airport is the nearest airport.

Special
The holiday home offers partial heating comfort and air conditioning, which are payable directly to the host for an additional charge. Amenities include radio, satellite television, Wi-Fi internet access, iron, washing machine and bed linen. The expansive garden, measuring 4,500 square metres, is equipped with garden furniture. For your convenience, self check-in as well as host check-in is possible. An outdoor hot tub, barbecue facilities and a playground make the surroundings particularly inviting. Parking is available directly at the house. Especially family- and pet-friendly (by prior arrangement).

The town centre, the market, restaurants, bars and the post office are approximately three kilometres away. The nearest beach is about nine kilometres away and consists of sand and shingle. The distance to Pula Airport as well as to a rural estate is each a few kilometres.

Division
The holiday home offers two bedrooms, one with two single beds over twelve square metres and the other with a double bed over ten square metres, ideal for up to four people. Additionally, another bed is available in the living area, so that a total of up to five guests can be accommodated comfortably.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower as well as a hairdryer and hot water. The kitchen is fully fitted with a hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine and toaster, as well as crockery and cutlery. The living area offers additional comfort with satellite television and internet access.

House rules
The accommodation is pet-friendly, but only by prior arrangement and with the landlord’s consent.
Check-in is possible from 16:00, and check-out should be completed by 10:00.
Please respect the house rules and quiet hours.
The cancellation policy must be observed in accordance with the booking agreement.

Included in the price: iron, internet access, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay (01.01.26-01.07.26, 01.09.26-01.01.27). registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per person per stay (01.07.26-01.09.26).
