Eat-in kitchen (18 sqm, walk-through room) with 1 additional bed on a double pull-out sofa, seating area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, cooker, crockery, pots and much more. All windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, TV, and the bedroom has two wardrobes and faces the courtyard so you can enjoy a good lie-in. All windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens. Kitchenette in the eat-in kitchen (18 sqm, walk-through room) with TV, dining area (4 seats), electric hob (induction, 2 rings), fridge (ice compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and a cosy living area with a small well-equipped kitchen. All windows and external doors are fitted with fly screens. Hallway from the hallway you can access the bathroom and bedroom, and you also have the option to store your suitcases there. You can hang your coats on the cloak rack. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window, and the bathroom has a heated towel rail and storage space by the washbasin.
