The apartment features a bedroom with a queen-size bed (new as of March 2024) and a living room with a lounge/dining area. A small outdoor English courtyard provides a pleasant space to relax. Shared outdoor parking is available upon request (unavailable between September 9-30, 2024 due to construction), with free street parking nearby.

Located in the heart of Rouen, the apartment is just steps from the SNCF train station and a short walk from the famous Old Market Square (10 minutes) and the city's best shops and restaurants (5 minutes). This central location provides easy access to all of Rouen's main tourist attractions.

The apartment includes a fully equipped American-style kitchen open to the living room (fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine), a bathroom with an Italian-style shower, and a separate WC. Amenities include a Smart TV (with Netflix and Canal+ access via personal logins), free Wi-Fi, bed and bath linen, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. Breakfast is not included. Check-in is between 4 PM and 8 PM (late arrival fees apply), and check-out is between 8 AM and 11 AM. A security deposit is required. Noise must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM, and no parties are allowed.
