The residence benefits from a privileged location just 3km from the Port of Douhet and the beaches of Plaisance and La Gautrelle. Cycle paths depart from the residence.

These 8km of fine sand beaches are bordered by the Saumonards national forest and are accessible by a cycle path.

You can enjoy a heated outdoor swimming pool on site with a children's pool (open from April to the end of September, depending on weather conditions).

For your comfort, the residence offers multiple services: private garage, reception, laundromat, telephone booth, free wifi access at reception, loan of 2 mountain bikes per villa (with deposit).
