Welcome to the holiday home Haus Luv, located in Nieblum on the North Frisian Islands. This charming house offers space for up to 5 guests on 125 square metres of living space. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, furnished with great attention to detail.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden that invites you to relax and linger. It offers plenty of space to play and relax. The house also has its own car park.
The terrace invites you to cosy get-togethers and the fireplace provides cosy warmth on cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. Entertainment is provided by 3 televisions and the house has a washing machine and tumble dryer. A fast internet connection is available.
The large garden is ideal for your children to play in, and your dog will also feel at home here.
Fully equipped country house kitchen with all electrical appliances. A cot and high chair are available for our youngest guests. Free WLAN, ironing board and iron and a hairdryer are also available.
Long-term rentals are possible and please note that the house is non-smoking.
Haus Luv is a real gem, embedded in the rural architecture of the North Frisian Islands, with traditional thatched roofs and carefully selected materials. The interior is cosy and modern, with an open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are bright and cosy, with 2 bedrooms having a comfortable double bed. The third bedroom has a bed measuring 1.20 x 2.00 metres.

The house is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Nieblum. The street is a dead end and therefore not characterised by through traffic. The beach is within walking distance, the bakery and the grocery shop are about 8 minutes away on foot.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
