The holiday flat is in a central, quiet location in Sassnitz. Our holiday flat is approx. 110 m² in size and offers space for up to 5 people. The accommodation has 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a living room with seating area, cable/TV flat screen TV and a couch as a sleeping place for the fifth person. The separate kitchen is equipped with a 4-plate cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, etc. and offers a dining area for 5 people. In the bathroom there is a shower, WC and a double washbasin. In front of the entrance of the flat there is a terrace with seating furniture. A parking space is available on the property free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
Restaurants, shopping facilities and a swimming pool are located in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation. The historic old town, the town harbour, the chalk coast and the unique stone beach of Sassnitz are also not far away. The harbour town of Sasnitz is located on the edge of what is probably the most impressive national park on Germany's coast with its chalk cliffs that are up to 90 metres high. Sassnitz stretches along the coast and is protected by a 1450-metre-long breakwater. Behind it lies the largest fishing port on the island of Rügen. In addition to a fleet of passenger ships that sail to the Baltic resort of Binz and the chalk coast all the way to the Königstuhl, fishing cutters provide fresh fish every day for the numerous fish restaurants or for direct sale at the jetty.
