our large, modern holiday home (100m2 and 500m2 garden) has a fantastic sea view and is located in a small, well-kept complex with pool on the outskirts of St. Pierre la Mer, right next to a nature reserve with typical Mediterranean vegetation (garrigue).
The centre of the village is just under 2 km away. There are many worthwhile excursion destinations nearby for nature lovers and those interested in history, but sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth: sailing, surfing, swimming, horse riding, hiking and climbing are all possible nearby, and there is a tennis court halfway to the nearby fine sandy beach.
In summer, St-Pierre-la-mer offers a wide range of entertainment, live concerts and daily markets. Many wineries with good regional wines are close by.
The holiday home with 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms is generously proportioned and modernly furnished. Due to its above-average size (3 double beds and 1 baby bed or extra bed) it is also suitable for larger families. Leather sofa, SAT-TV, fully equipped granite kitchen with counter, washing machine, dishwasher, espresso machine, brick fireplace and a large balcony
The view from the living room, tower room and 40 m2 terrace leaves nothing to be desired on holiday. Internet connection (fast DSL flat rate, W-Lan, WiFi) are available and included.
Dogs are allowed.

Our holiday home is located in a small complex with a pool on the outskirts of St. Pierre la Mer, right next to a nature reserve with typical Mediterranean vegetation. St-Pierre la mer is a dynamic seaside resort, with a daily market all year round and plenty of gastronomic offerings and live music in high summer. It is about 15 kilometres from Narbonne. It is one of the most beautiful holiday resorts in France with 180 km of fine, wide sandy beach and 310 days of sunshine a year, live concerts in summer and many wineries with good regional wines. The daily market in the village offers fresh fish, fruit, vegetables and many local specialities
Tennis, horse riding, fishing, hiking, climbing, kite surfing, surfing and sailing and much more are possible nearby.
To the left of the kite surfing school, the long, wide stretch of beach is always open to dogs.

Cancellation terms:

Tag vor Mietbeginn 80% des Mietpreises. Bei späterem Rücktritt oder Nichterscheinen 100% des Mietpreises. Die Rücktrittsgebühren entfallen, wenn das Ferienobjekt zur gleichen Zeit zum gleichen Preis anderweitig vermietet werden kann.

We are a North German family and would like to invite you to our holiday home in the South of France. It is located in the seaside resort of ST PIERRE LA MER in LANGUEDOC on the Mediterranean coast of France near Narbonne. The house is exclusive and fully equipped and has a fantastic panoramic sea view. And if we are not in the Midi ourselves, you are welcome to spend your holiday with us. Dogs are welcome, because dogs are also part of our family.
