Peñíscola, a picturesque coastal town in Spain, known for its historic castle and beaches.
The holiday home is located in Peñíscola at the popular North Beach.
Distance to the sea about 100 m, extensive, well-maintained sandy beach.
Shopping facilities: 90 m on foot, where you will also find a cafeteria that serves tapas. Additional restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, banks, and a pharmacy are nearby, as well as a bus stop. Arrival by plane: from Weeze or Berlin to Castellon (approx. 47 km) or from many other airports in Germany to Valencia (approx. 148 km) to the house.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellation and Withdrawal - a.) The booking becomes valid upon receipt of the deposit within 3 days. Customers can cancel the contract at any time, but this must be done in writing. The following cancellation fees are retained by the service provider, based on the total rental price: Cancellation up to 35 days before the start of the rental period incurs a fee of 50% of the rental price; cancellation from 34 to 15 days before the start of the rental period, 80% of the rental price; cancellation within 14 days to the start of the rental period, 90% of the rental price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, which can be arranged at any travel agency. The basis for the calculation of cancellation fees is the date on which the letter or email is received by the homeowner or their authorized representative. There is the possibility for the renter to provide a replacement renter under the same rental conditions. In this case, the withdrawal fees for the period of re-renting are waived, and only a processing fee of €100.00 is charged. Any prepayments made must be reconciled by the renter with the replacement renter. b.) Cancellation or withdrawal during a pandemic: In the event of a border closure by the Spanish government, your deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of €100.00. In all other cases, e.g., due to a travel warning from a country outside Spain, personal fear, or a co-traveler not being sufficiently vaccinated, the above withdrawal and cancellation conditions apply.
