In our modern, lovingly furnished holiday flat you can enjoy your holidays all year round.
Our holiday flat is fully equipped for 4 people. The total area is 55 square metres. In addition, there is the possibility of an extra bed for a small child - please contact us in advance.
Our spacious kitchen-cum-living-room has a comfortable sofa to relax on and is equipped with a modern kitchenette with TV and radio and all modern conveniences (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, cooker). One bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bunk bed and a wardrobe.
The sanitary area has both a shower and a bathtub. Of course you can also use the barbecue facilities, the garden furniture and the covered terrace. In addition, we provide you with a parking space on the property.

Whether you are on a relaxing or active holiday - from our holiday flat you can explore the charming landscape of the Vogtland and "pure nature" at any time of the year. Cycling and hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks, meadows and forests invite you to relax and enjoy. Whether in summer or winter - there are no limits to your adventures.
You can explore the Vogtland by bike or on foot on our extensive, well-developed cycling and hiking trails. The entrance to the Beerheider cross-country ski trail starts 100 m behind our house. In addition, we are only a few kilometres away from many interesting and worthwhile excursion destinations. Auerbach, Klingenthal, Schöneck or Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz can be reached from here in a short time.
Beerheide in the Vogtland is part of the state-recognised resort of Beerheide-Schnarrtanne and lies in the four-country corner of Saxony, Bavaria, Thuringia and the Czech Republic. Situated high above the town of Auerbach, nestled in the picturesque landscape of the Upper Vogtland, Beerheide is attractive to tourists in every season with its excellently signposted network of hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks. The 6-hectare Vogtlandsee lake is worth mentioning for tourists. This reservoir, built for flood protection, is located in the middle of the forest and is also popular as a natural bathing lake in summer.

perfektes "Basislager" für geologische Untersuchungen im Vogtland
Die Fa. beak Consultants GmbH aus Freiberg/Sa. nutzte die Fereinwohnung der Fam. Dobberkau im Frühjahr und Sommer 2012 mehrere Monate als Ausgangsbasis für umfangreiche geologische Untersuchungen im Vogtland. Unsere Mitarbeiter fühlten sich die gesamte Zeit in der bestens eingerichteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl. Sehr gefreut hat uns der sehr nette Kontakt zur gesamten Familie Dobberkau, wir denken noch gerne an die Grillabende zurück.
Für alle Naturfreunde, ob Wanderer, Pilzsucher oder Langläufer im Winter ist die Ferienwohnung perfekt. Der Wald und die Loipen im Winter fangen faktisch vor der Haustür an.
Recht herzlichen Dank noch einmal an die Fam. Dobberkau, wir kommen, auch privat, sehr gerne wieder.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Ferienwohnung liegt am Ortsrand von Beerheide, einem Ortsteil von Auerbach in mehr als 700 m Höhe. Direkt am Ortsrand beginnt der Wald. Alle Naturfreunde sind hier richtig.
free time activities: Ideale Ausgangslage zum Wandern, Radfahren, Reiten (im Ort) sowie im Winter zum Skifahren. Der Wald und im Winter die Loipen liegen nur knapp 100 m vom Haus. Für Abfahrer ist es ein Katzensprung nach Klingenthal-Mühlleithen.
shopping facilities: Knapp 3 km in Richtung Auerbach befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum. Auerbach selbst ist nur 5 km entfernt und bietet mit dem angrenzenden Rodewisch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ... und in weniger als einer halben Stunde kann man auch in Tschechien einkaufen, aber das lohnt nicht mehr.
