This charming apartment offers ample space for up to 4 guests on 55 square meters and is ideal for small families or couples with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The apartment is characterized by its bright and modern decor. The bedroom is equipped with comfortable bedding and a cozy bed that invites you to relax. The bathroom is equipped with high-quality sanitary fittings, a shower, a toilet, as well as a mirror and ample shelf space.

The adjacent living room offers a cozy sitting area with TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. No charging of electric vehicles
Do not pull on the electric blinds, the motor will break immediately, use the white remote control instead
Throw nothing but toilet paper in the toilet to ensure smooth drainage.
Please report any disturbances immediately by phone. Clean the grill after each use and put it back in the garden shed.
We are also happy to offer our guests the option to activate the alarm system themselves when they are out and about. There is a small white remote control for this purpose, and it works just like with a car. It is very simple and practical, and I would recommend using it. The loss of the alarm system remote control must be reported immediately so that we can have it disabled, and it costs 80€. Therefore, please keep it safe together with the key.
Dispose of trash and turn off all electrical devices.
Return the key to the box. Attention: the small alarm remote control remains in the apartment where you found it initially.
