Casa Mimosa is situated in a small-scale park. All owners of the homes are also joint owners of the park. The homeowners association takes care of the park's management. The cozy park consists of only 25 bungalows and apartments. The park is spacious and green and features a large communal swimming pool. The park is fenced and closed off with an entrance gate. This makes it safe, and children cannot just wander off the premises. Oliva, a charming Spanish coastal town known for its beaches and historic center, is located approx. 5 kilometers away. The lively coastal town of Denia is 12 km from the property. Along the coast, there are numerous restaurants and shops. Within walking distance, there are a few restaurants and a small supermarket. In El Verger, about 5 km from the property, you will find large Spanish and international supermarkets, such as MasyMas, Consum, Lidl, and Aldi. In about 10 minutes (600 meters) you can walk to the Mediterranean Sea. The sandy beach is wide and stretches for kilometers.
There is little public transport, and the large supermarkets are located 5 kilometers from the house. For that reason, a car is necessary.

I worked at the municipality of Apeldoorn until the end of 2024. We live in Westervoort and love to travel. Since we have now stopped working, we also regularly go to our Spanish Casa ourselves. Especially in the summer, we still want to rent out our house.
