The house is suitable for 2 to 6 people. This wooden house was originally built after the flood in the year 1953rd The plot size is 670 m2 and the living area 73 m2.
Recently - in 2014- this apartment has been completely renovated! The whole apartment was given a new PVC flooring, a new kitchen and a new bathroom.
The house has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable and bright living room with open kitchen and doors to the terrace. A bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The large doors to the waterfront terrace give this apartment a bedsondere broadcasting; gorgeous eat outside with the chirping of birds in the background. And evening's with a vial and candlelight on the terrace in the garden.
Around the house is an enclosed garden with a Kinderspielgrät and a picnic table.
The house is ideal for nature lovers who seek peace. In the dunes, bordering almost on the flat, wonderful hikes can be made.
A supermarket is within walking distance. Burgh-Haamstede and Zierikzee are places worth visiting. In the immediate vicinity there are: beach, dunes, ports, boats, galleries, shops and restaurants.

Nieuw-Haamstede is located at the head of Schouwen. It is especially popular with tourists who love peace and nature. The stretched out beaches are the reason for many guests to come back regularly to this beautiful part of the Netherlands. The area was chosen as one of the most beautiful places in the Netherlands.
An ideal place to relax and leave the worries of everyday life behind. With children, dog on the beach or just the peace in the solitude of the dunes.
The area is wonderful in every season.
The shortest way through the dunes to the beach of Nieuw Haamstede is the 600m long "Vuurtorenpad".
The beach has various facilities. At the foot of the "Vuurtorenpad" there is parking for cars and bicycles. There is a toilet block with washing facilities, which is open 24 hours. There is a beach pavilion where you can rent beach cabins and beach chairs.
You can enter the beach at any time of the year. Dogs are allowed but must be leashed. (Between 10:00 - 19:00). Between 15 September and 15 May the dogs are allowed to walk free.
On the "Meeuwenduinen" (The Seagulls Dunes) (220 ha) you have limited access due to the breeding season. From March 15th to July 15th you can only enter the marked path with organized escort. It is very calming and enlightening to get to know these dunes!
In Nieuw Haamstede is a small supermarket for daily needs.
Bike rentals and restaurants are also just minutes away.

sehr gut
Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. An alles war gedacht, perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in guter Lage, ruhig und nahe zum Stand. Eine Woche war leider zu wenig wegen der weiten Anfahrt ( München, 900km). Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
