discover our charming Ferienhaus Ludwigs, idyllically located in Bedekaspel (Südbrookmerland municipality), the perfect holiday destination for up to 5 guests. Our holiday home offers three cozy bedrooms and a modern bathroom across 100 square meters of living space. Ideal for a family vacation, our house offers a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, as well as a ceramic hob and an induction stove with an extractor hood.
Relax in the spacious garden, enjoy social evenings on the terrace or balcony, and use the grill for a perfect barbecue. An ethanol fireplace in the living area provides cozy warmth on colder days. Additionally, a parking space is available to you.
For entertainment, there are a total of 3 TVs with satellite connection, as well as a selection of books and games. A washing machine, a hair dryer, and a vacuum cleaner are also available. Long-term rentals are possible. Party vacationers are not welcome. Pets are also not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in our vacation home (but it is in the garden). Our holiday home is located in the beautiful East Frisia, and well-known vacation spots like Norddeich and Greetsiel are quickly accessible. With the provided boat, you can explore the local canals from your own private dock. The boat is equipped with an electric outboard motor, for which you must bring your own battery (alternatively, a gasoline outboard motor can be rented).
The Großes Meer (Great Lake) is just a few minutes away on foot. There you can swim, surf, paddle boat, and much more.
