It has (facing east) a balcony with a panoramic view of the sea and the peninsula of St. Tropez. Within the complex, there are two outdoor pools and 3 tennis courts available for residents and guests. The apartment includes a lockable parking space. Typically, arriving guests will find shampoo and shower soap, cleaning and laundry detergents, vacuum cleaner, etc. also coffee, tea, pasta, rice, etc. The groceries are regularly renewed.
