* The OUTDOORS: offers a private, heated 35 square meter (10 x 3,5 meter) swimming pool with a fully automated salt electrolysis system. A spacious 118sqm sun deck area with six deck chairs, a covered dining area that can seat 6 people comfortably an electric barbecue, a lounge area, and open views of the green fields. There is a fully equipped family bathroom with a shower (4sqm) in a utility house, and another door takes you to a laundry area (12sqm) with a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron with ironing amenities. You can easily access the lower grass plot area with an outdoor tennis table and a lounge corner with a firepit.
* The INDOORS offer a stylish and very comfortable and fully air-conditioned 53sqm living area with a sofa, flat screen TV, free WiFi, dining table for 6, and a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, a fridge with ice maker, and all modern amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. There are two sliding glass doors toward the pool area, and from the living area, you are overlooking the beautiful natural landscape and mountain Biokovo at the horizon.

Imotski, the closest town, is just 3,5 kilometers away and offers a remarkable blend of classic Dalmatian stone streets, lakes (both Blue and Red) 4km away, stunning history, and hospitable locals. We suggest trying out the various activities available and exploring the breathtaking scenery on bikes or quads.
The closest minimarket is 300 meters away, and there is a restaurant and bar 80 meters away. The most stunning beaches in Makarska Riviera and Baska Voda are about 30 km away (35 minutes by car), and the sea is warm and clear. If you would rather be in the mountains, there is a nature park called Biokovo right above Makarska. This can be your day trip destination because of the amazing view from the top of the mountain, which includes numerous islands and a stunning coastline; visiting the mountain Biokovo offers a one-of-a-kind experience. At 1228 meters above sea level, the new Skywalk on Biokovo Mountain in Nature Park close to Makarska is about an hour's drive from the villa. This Biokovo offers an exceptional encounter. The Biokovo Lookout Skywalk is a cantilevered structure made of prestressed reinforced concrete, with views of the Adriatic, the Makarska Riviera, the islands, and the open sea.
The closest highway exit/entrance to Villa NaMi is Zagvozd, which is 22 km or 25 min from the property. This makes everything very convenient to reach; you can drive 1 hour to Split, a well-known Croatian town with a rich history and immaculate Diocletian Palace (98 km along the highway), 1:40 hours to the Krka waterfalls (Skradin), and 2:40 hours to Dubrovnik, another well-known Croatian town. Additionally, you can travel between one and a half hours to two nearby and worthwhile destinations in Bosnia and Herzegovina: the well-known Međugorje sanctuary and the eminently fascinating Mostar's old streets, which include the famous bridge.
