We are obligated to offset any income from an alternative rental for the relevant days. In case of a cancellation, we will charge 90% of the total price in accordance with the statutory provisions for the rental of private vacation apartments if no alternative rental is successful (for the relevant days). A cancellation must be made in writing. To compensate for possible financial losses in case of cancellation, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
