The vacation apartment - sea view can be booked starting from 05/03/2025.
For organizational reasons, renting in the months - May / June / July / August and September - is only possible from Saturday to Saturday!
Enjoy an unforgettable vacation in my "vacation apartment with sea view" here in Empuriabrava. With a living space of 98 square meters, the apartment accommodates up to four guests and features 2 bedrooms, a large living area, a conservatory area with dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom.
A separate balcony is also available. The apartment is located in a central setting, right by the sea, and offers a breathtaking view of the city, the mountains, and the sea. The atmosphere is characterized by the beauty of nature, reflected in the diverse plant life and the beautiful sunsets.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, coffee maker, gas stove, and washing machine. The apartment offers a variety of amenities, including a garage that can be booked additionally. An iron, ironing board, and a hairdryer in the bathroom are also available. Wi-Fi can be added as an option.
The apartment can also be rented for long-term and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
The interior is modern and stylish, with high-quality wooden furniture and floors. The bright and airy rooms are decorated with plants and flowers, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The terrace is the perfect place to start the day with a cup of coffee or to end the evening with a glass of wine while enjoying the view of the water and the surrounding landscape.

Location and surroundings of object
Empuriabrava is located on the Costa Brava, at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the beautiful and "wild" Bay of Roses. The town is bordered by the rivers Muga and Rio Salins on the sides.
Natural reserves are located nearby. (Parc Natural / Aiquamols)
Here, you will find the largest marina in Europe with approximately 30 km of navigable waterways, which give the place a very special character. Many villas and fisherman’s houses are built in the Spanish-Moorish style. Empuriabrava has an excellent infrastructure. Here you will find beautiful residential areas, a main shopping street that invites you to stroll and linger.
Supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, doctors, cafes, discos, and many restaurants with Spanish, German, and international cuisine.
The approximately 2 km long and about 200 m wide sandy beach, the clean sea, and the surrounding picturesque bays are suitable for children and adults to swim and relax. Relaxation and fun are pre-programmed here.
In Empuriabrava, you will also find a sports airfield offering skydiving and paragliding.
A wind tunnel also invites you to an extraordinary experience.
Furthermore, all kinds of sports activities are available here, including diving, snorkeling, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, sky surfing, canoeing, tennis, skydiving, go-karting, golf (including a Pitch & Putt 18-hole course), and other golf courses among others. in Perelada, etc. . . . , mini golf and much more are offered.
For children, among other attractions, the butterfly park and the water park (Roses) are special experiences.
A dog beach nearby is also available.
