Welcome to our wonderful holiday home, Villa Lucija, located near Gradac (Split-Dalmatia County). This spacious villa can accommodate up to 4 guests in 60 square meters of living space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sofa bed, and 1 bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove and a pine forest. For barbecue enthusiasts, there is an outdoor grill where you can prepare your favorite specialties and relax by the pool surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Free parking is available.
Wireless internet access (Skylink) is available throughout the property (indoor and outdoor) and is free of charge.
Inside the house, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, induction cooker, oven, and all necessary utensils. The living room is equipped with comfortable furniture, a television, and free Wi-Fi (as well as the outdoor area). The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, clothing wardrobes, bedside tables, and clean linen.
