Welcome to the holiday home Casa Giovanni in Toscolano-Maderno. The high-quality new holiday home in a quiet, hillside location at Montemaderno can accommodate up to 6 guests in 110 square meters of living space. It features a spacious living room with dining area, a modern kitchen, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Additionally, guests have access to a large terrace with a table and sun loungers. Casa Giovanni is surrounded by the picturesque landscape of Lake Garda with a wonderful view of the lake and the mountains.
The house itself features a garden with Mediterranean plants. There is a parking space available for your vehicle.
The interiors are air-conditioned to ensure a comfortable indoor climate even during the hot summer months. For the cooler season, there is heating and a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern kitchenette, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine (Nespresso).

Toscolano-Maderno is a pretty, small town with about 8,000 inhabitants. The town is beautifully located on the Gulf of Maderno, on a peninsula at the foot of Monte Pizzocolo on the western coast of Lake Garda and is part of the Province of Brescia/Lombardy. Casa Giovanni is situated in a quiet location surrounded by nature, 80 meters above Lake Garda and the city center, offering a wonderful view from the Monte Baldo massif and the opposite lakeside towns to Lake Garda up to Isola Garda, Rocco Manerba, and the Sirmione Peninsula. The distance to the old town and the lake shore is approximately 10 minutes on foot.
