ATTENTION: The final prices include water, electricity, gas, and a final cleaning fee of € 60.00.
A deposit of € 100.00 is due at booking, which must be added to the travel price. A 20 percent deposit is due at the time of booking, plus a security deposit of €100.00.
The remaining 80 percent is due 1 week before arrival.
The key and locker card will be handed over in person. The security deposit of €100.00 will be refunded upon return of the key and locker card.
This beautiful holiday home is located in a quiet part of the park with lots of privacy. Kitchen: The modern kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove with extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, sink with faucet, tilting window, as well as cutlery, pots, pans and spices, a spacious countertop, and ample storage/cabinet space.
Bedroom: There are 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 spacious bedroom with a double bed, bedside table, 5-door wardrobe, radiator, double window frame. The second bedroom has two single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, radiator, and window frame.
Bathroom: The luxurious bathroom features a toilet, sink with cabinets and mirrored cabinet, shower cabin, designer radiator, tilt window, and mechanical ventilation.
Living room: The spacious living room has many large windows that provide plenty of light and, in combination with the high ceiling, give a very generous feeling. The open dining and living area creates a cozy atmosphere, and through patio doors, you can access the covered terrace from the living room, where you can enjoy your spacious conservatory.
Conservatory: The spacious conservatory has been newly installed and equipped with glass walls (sliding doors) that you can open for warm winter days. However, you can also completely close them for the cold winter days. At the top of the conservatory, there is a sunshade that you can lower automatically to block out the sun. On the underside of the supports, there are dimmable LED spotlights.
Garden: The spacious garden is mostly tiled, and at the front side of the holiday home, there is a section with lawn. This spot offers a lot of privacy and there is also an outdoor shower. On the front of the property, there is a private parking space for 1 car and a wooden garden shed with a roof, where you can store bicycles or other items.

A small, charming village named Lathum in the Netherlands. Arnhem, Doesburg etc.
Parking facility: small supermarket, restaurants, cafeteria, bar, large swimming pool with sun terrace for adults and children, private sandy beach by the lake with sunbathing area and large beach bar. Sale of fishing passes, yacht harbor with boat rental, canoe rental, electric boat rental, e-scooter rental, bicycle rental. Ferry for pedestrians and cyclists between De Veerstal and Giesbeek open from April-October, water attraction.
Do not forget your camera. Anglers look forward to the Fishing Lake, which borders directly on the park.
Noteworthy excursion destination in the area for the whole family: Burgers Zoo, Bahia Adventure Pool, Ebricana Swimming Pool Emmerich,
Ape House Apeldoorn, Monkey Town Indoor Playground, Julianatoren Children's Park, city trip to Amsterdam, The Hague (weekly market Fri. 07.00-17.00), Schiphol Airport. 30 AM to 1:00 PM and Sat. From 9 AM to 5:00 PM, or to the coast in about 1.5 hours. About 10 minutes away is the city of Arnhem, Holland's number 1 fashion city. Nothing stands in the way of shopping tours. The city also offers you one of the most beautiful rainforest zoos, Burger's Zoo. The old city of Nijmegen is also worth a visit. In the Hoge Veluwe, we recommend a visit to the Kröller-Müller Museum with paintings by Vincent Van Gogh.
