Accommodation with independent access on a family-run farm in Tuscany, 10 minutes from the sea of the Etruscan coast. It features a partially fenced private garden with views of the farm's lake. Guests have access to the lakeside solarium, private garden with table, pergola, and barbecue. If desired, they can interact with the farm animals while walking in the park of the agriturismo.
The accommodation has an independent entrance from the garden with lake view. The gate has a personal remote control. The open space is equipped with a private bathroom, a kitchen with dishes, a double bed. The livable area of the farm (about 2 hectares) is fenced. The structures were built and renovated between 2021 and 2022 using eco-sustainable materials such as wood, clay, lime, and straw that create an ideal microclimate inside both in summer and winter, also creating a detoxifying effect as they are situated in the open Tuscan countryside among characteristic trees of the Mediterranean scrub such as aromatic herbs, olive trees, and ancient holm oaks.

The farmhouse is located at the top of a valley overlooking the sea, aptly named "Valle Incantata Farm and lab." Ideal for a relaxing stay among the Tuscan hills, a few kilometers from seaside towns like Marina di Cecina, Castagneto Carducci, and Bibbona. Visitors can also explore nearby villages such as Casale Marittimo and Bolgheri, as well as beautiful historic cities like Volterra. It is also possible to enjoy cycling and hiking in the area, which is rich in designed paths and trails.
The surrounding cities offer all services including amusement parks, but the agriturismo is located away from the hustle and bustle and city noise, being 1 km away from the state road under the woods of the Mediterranean scrub, which makes one forget what is beyond the green hills of Tuscany. We recommend the Enchanted Valley location to those who primarily want to disconnect from the chaos and rest to the sound of birds and other wild animals.

Comfort and simplicity immersed in the Tuscan countryside
Fresh and well-furnished room with simplicity and organization. Outdoor kitchen service adjacent to the room, given the summer temperatures, being able to cook outside and cool off under the pergola and trees was very appreciated. You can stroll among the trees or sunbathe on the solarium. The hosts are very kind and discreet. Available for takeout meals or dinner on the farm.
Very close to the sea.
We will definitely return.

The project came to life in 2021 when we purchased abandoned land that we revitalized through self-construction methods, using the recovery and artistic processing of the raw materials available to us. Here, we were able to combine agriculture and hospitality with our studies.
