The estate is only partially suitable for small children. The outdoor pool, stairs, floor-to-ceiling windows, and the infinity terrace without railings pose dangers that must be covered by parental supervision. As landlords, we cannot assume any liability for this.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Parking spaces for up to three vehicles are directly at the house, no charging stations at the house, but available in the surrounding villages.
