Description
Our newly constructed bungalow in 2024 combines the best of two worlds - the tranquility and privacy of a luxurious home and the proximity to many different recreational options and attractions.
A newly built fenced bungalow awaits you, accommodating up to 6 people with a 15m² private pool. Perfect for families with children as the pool is also heated (from mid-May to mid-September).
From October, an exclusive whirlpool will also be available for you. Relax in luxury on 51 stainless steel jets.

The house features a high-quality and fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with a luxurious oak table (a high chair is provided upon request), two fully-equipped bathrooms, two bedrooms each with a double bed, and one bedroom with a bunk bed.
The south-facing terrace invites you to linger and provides direct access to the pool. In the utility room, there is a washing machine and a drying rack, as well as an iron available.
A lockable storage option for e-bikes including an electrical outlet is also available.

First house with pool
High-quality equipped, modern, stylish. Quiet location, beautiful terrace. Top kitchen. 5 min. by car to Hengersberg with dining options and shopping. And of course to the outdoor pool, which comes highly recommended! Super house from very nice hosts/owners.

Great holiday home
We spent a great holiday week here.
Upon arrival, we were surprised by a small snack and a bottle of champagne in the fridge.
The house is very inviting, modern, and cozy.
Right after the entrance area, there is the first bathroom and the first bedroom. Then you go through a vestibule door to all the other rooms. The rooms are sufficiently spacious. It was also very clean. Towels and bed linens were already prepared and available in sufficient quantity.
There are also enough dressers and storage options!
The highlight for us was the heated pool in the garden. Here it is very cozy, and we spent relaxing days.
The next larger town, Hengersberg, is just a short drive away. Here you can find supermarkets, butchers, bakers, a public pool, and restaurants.
The village of Zilling is small, manageable, and very rural. We enjoyed our time and spent a wonderful holiday here.
