Completely newly furnished, for 6 to 10 people - in use since July 2024.
Quiet area yet close to all amenities (within walking distance) - 100m from Zeelaan and 800m from the sea dike. Spacious kitchen, fully equipped: professional gas stove, microwave and oven (Siemens), refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, Nespresso, “moka” coffee machine
3 large bedrooms: 3 beds of 180x200cm (boxspring)
4 (children's) beds of 90x200cm
Sanitary facilities: 2 toilets, 3 sinks, 2 shower rooms, sauna is part of spacious bathroom

One of the biggest assets of this vacation apartment is the location. With the sea within walking distance, you can enjoy a refreshing beach walk every morning, while the scent of the sea air and the sounds of the waves embrace you. But that's not all: the proximity of a bakery ensures that you can enjoy fresh croissants and rolls every morning. Excellent apartment with an excellent host.
Our stay at Guy’s apartment went very smooth.
Everything communication wise was very clear, and Guy was flexible and kind for any question.
The apartment on the last floor of the building is brand new, completely renovated, very spacious and was in excellent condition when we arrived.
The sauna works great and the big balcony offers a great view on Koksijde.
Calm neighbourhood and close to everything.
Strongly recommended !

Great stay at the Belgian coast!
I had a wonderful stay in this apartment located in Coxyde. The apartment is spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated. You immediately feel at home there. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was perfectly functional, whether it was the appliances or the Wi-Fi connection.
The location is a real plus: just a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still being in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. It is the perfect place to relax.
The host was very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this apartment and will not hesitate to return on my next visit to the Belgian coast!
