Your vacation in an exceptional protected Nature, area with panoramic viewpoints of the sea and mountains, very close to the beaches and Mediterranean coasts of Var and Alpes-Maritimes, on its private plot charming cottage-bungalow with terrace, very quiet and not overlooked, rental for 2 people (+ possibility of 1 or 2 additional people or child with extra charge, ask for a quote). No sea view from the cottage, but 150 m from the beach, nestled in a small village. Rent a comfortable, fully refurbished bungalow-cottage featuring 1 bedroom with new, comfortable bedding 140 x 190 cm (thick memory foam mattress) and a wardrobe closet. The bedroom has a large sliding door opening onto the living room, which includes a new, comfortable convertible sofa 130 x 190, flat screen TV, WIFI internet, new reversible air conditioning, a beautiful open kitchen with a 2-burner stove and hood, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, very well equipped, 1 bathroom with jet shower and sink, 1 separate WC. Careful decoration.
South-facing adjoining terrace with outdoor garden furniture, table and parasod, WEBER electric barbecue-plancha and electric oven, access to the small garden with solarium equipped with sun loungers and mattress, parasol. Natural shade also present.
1 private parking space on this enclosed and closed plot of about 200 m², sliding gate with lock, shaded. This is only for calm people who appreciate and respect nature, follow the rules and respect the place, wanting to have a quiet stay to rest, away from crowds and noise, go for walks or bike rides, swim at beaches or small coves 10 minutes away by car with parking nearby, visit the region and its quaint villages, but still being close to everything: the Cannes Croisette, restaurants, ports, etc.
No parties, no loud music allowed, respect for neighbors and owners is imperative. This cottage is not in a campground with its multiple activities, pools, and noises, but in a unique and private, quiet place.
Rental for a minimum of one week in high season (from June to September), from Friday afternoon (starting at 4 PM) to the following Friday morning at 10 AM (10 AM) to avoid traffic jams, but other days are possible in the low season. In the low season, it is possible to rent for a minimum of 3 days, ask for a personalized quote in this case. Possibility to come with your pet if it is quiet and clean, with our prior authorization. (Package 20 euros/pet/week)

| The prices indicated include charges. (3 dish towels and 1 bath mat provided) Departure cleaning must be done by the tenants before leaving (necessary products provided). Checked during the departure inspection. OPTION: 1/ linen rental 30 euros/week for 2 people. (sheets, bath and hand towels, washcloths). 2/ Additional person, beyond 2 adults, depending on the age of the additional persons (50 euros/child/week up to 12 years old and 100 euros/week/additional adult). Pet: 20 euros/week/animal. Only for clean, quiet, and obedient animals. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
