Villa Mara is an authentic palace from Krtoli, on the Lustica peninsula, within walking distance to Lustica Bay Resort, beaches, restaurants and golf courses. The house has 2 living rooms, one with a lounge by the fireplace, a dining room, a kitchen and a toilet. The interiors are stylish and comfortable, with quality furnishings and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped.
Guests (maximum 10 guests) can stay in 3 spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the rooms has separate external access and a private terrace.
There is an outdoor area for dining and barbecuing, as well as an outdoor pool, which is heated in the colder months.
The house is unique and authentic, with a heated pool, barbecue area and Mediterranean garden.

Guests have access to the entire house and can relax in the garden, barbecue and dine in the courtyard, relax by the pool or in the living rooms and by the fireplace.

There is a car park in the courtyard of the house and another car park directly in front of the house. Further parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity, reservations are not possible.
Villa Mara is also available for long-term rentals and is exclusively for non-smokers. The house is also allergy-friendly.
