Casa anno 1885 is a sophisticated villa located in a quiet settlement adjacent to Vižinada, in the picturesque interior of Istria. The villa is half of a semi-detached house and features 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 5 people. The interior space covers 110 m², while the yard is 200 m² and fenced. Enjoy the saltwater pool surrounded by Mediterranean landscaping and take in the beautiful views while cooking in the summer kitchen and dining alfresco for a relaxing break from the city with family and friends.
The villa's ground floor features an elegantly decorated space with a living room, kitchen and dining room. The rooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, perfect for taking a break from sunbathing by the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances that will allow you to prepare your own specialities in no time. A large dining table for 6 people is ideal for enjoying lunch or dinner together, and a high chair for children is also available.
The house has 2 bedrooms, with 1 on the 1st floor and 1 on the 2nd floor. The first bedroom has a large double bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Both rooms are designed for privacy and relaxation, with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a television set and an en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on the ground floor. The en-suite bathrooms are modern with shower cubicles, hairdryers and toiletries. Comfortable bathrobes are provided for an even more relaxing experience.
The courtyard is tastefully landscaped, with a light stone and gravel base complemented by fragrant Mediterranean herbs and a wooden sunbathing area. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the fabulous view of the surrounding countryside. The 28 m² pool is filled with salt water and can be heated for an additional fee. Deck chairs surround the pool, allowing you to soak up the Istrian sun. Next to the pool, there is a unit with outdoor wellness facilities. After using the Finnish sauna and relaxing in the hot tub, you will feel as good as new. The villa has a summer kitchen equipped with a gas grill, perfect for preparing meals in a gentle breeze. Additionally, there is a covered terrace with a dining table, providing a great place to hang out late into the night. Leisure facilities such as darts are also available and the villa's concierge maintenance service is on hand to make your holiday even better.
To explore the pearls of Istria, start from Vižinada. This picturesque hilltop town is typical of the interior of Istria. Take a walk through the old town and enjoy the view of the surrounding hills. Wine lovers will enjoy the family wineries, and recreational cyclists can ride the 123-kilometer section of the renovated Parenzana railway. If you choose to venture a little further, it's only a 20-minute drive to the charming town of Motovun. Here, you'll find the best-preserved medieval fortress in Istria, which boasts 26 protected cultural monuments. For coastal beauty, visit the nearby towns of Poreč and Novigrad and discover their hidden coves with crystal-clear waters.

Dear Zoran, we have rarely received such a warm - familial welcome. This house had everything we were looking for. The tranquility for those seeking peace, the wonderful heated pool for refreshment, and the jacuzzi and sauna for the wellness aspect. The house is very modern, very stylish, and tasteful. You were always attentive to us, which was a nice feeling. It felt almost like family. We thank you for a wonderful week and enjoyed your paradise, until the next reunion... I have too many and too few words for the villa. Mr. Zoran has created a true little paradise on earth with his family. I don't know if it's nicer to stay in the house or in front of it. The feeling of being in this villa is truly unique. The view from the pool is wonderful, enjoying the sauna and the essential oils and the hydro-massage bath was invaluable, the armchairs by the pool are made of clouds. The outdoor kitchen is very practical, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, I could go on forever... and the attention with which the whole house is decorated, the attention they paid to the smallest details... I have not seen long ago or ever. Zoran welcomed us beautifully and was a great help throughout our stay. I truly want to thank on behalf of all my friends and on my own behalf the Tokić family for allowing us a wonderful stay in their house. We can hardly wait to return!

Za vilu imam previše i premalo riječi. Gospodin Zoran je sa svojom obitelji napravio pravi mali raj na zemlji. Ne znam je li lijepse boraviti u kući ili ispred nje. Osjecaj boravka u ovoj vili uistinu je jedinstven. Pogled iz bazena je divan, uživanje u sauni a eteričnim uljima i hidronasažnoj kadi je bilo neprocjenjivo, fotelje uz bazen su napravljene od oblaka. Vanjska kuhinja je vrlo praktična, kreveti su jako udobni, kuhinja je jako dobro opremljena, mogla bih unedogled... ali pažnja s kojom je cijela kuća uređena, pažnja koju su obratili i na najsitnije detalje... davno ili nikada nisam vidjela. Zoran nas je prekrasno dočekao te je bio od velike pomoći tijekom cijelog našeg boravka. Uistinu se želim zahvaliti u ime svih svojih prijateljica i u svoje ime obitelji Tokić što su nam omogućili predivan boravak u njihovoj kući. Mi se jedva čekamo vratiti!
