La maison du bonheur is surrounded by lush greenery of oak, pine and olive trees, giving it a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. Inside, you'll be greeted by a warm interior design, blending stone with a modern touch.
The property has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The surrounding landscape is a perfect blend of nature and a beautiful view of the azure sky.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, kettle and coffee machine for your convenience. The comfortable and welcoming dining/living room has two comfortable sofas, a coffee table and soft lighting, creating a relaxed atmosphere for your evenings. You can enjoy your meals either on the kitchen counter, the dining table or on the terrace.
The house is also equipped with air conditioning to ensure your comfort during the summer months. Several parking spaces are also available. Please note that the house is non-smoking.

-40 minutes from the majestic Mont Ventoux and Saint-Rémy de Provence

For hiking enthusiasts, there are many wonderful walks in the surrounding area.
For culture lovers, July is the month of the Avignon Festival.
Important details:
-We provide household linen. You will therefore have shower and swimming pool towels as well as kitchen and bed linen.
-Pets : We welcome cat lovers, as our two adorable Minous will be on site.
They will have water and kibble dispensers available so you won't have to do anything except cuddle them if you feel like it.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept other pets.
- As the house is in a residential area, we ask our tenants to respect the neighbourhood.
-Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of €100 in cash is required to ensure that the house is left spotlessly clean on your departure.
-We will also come by once a week, at your convenience, to maintain the pool and water the plants, so that you can enjoy your holiday carefree.

Hello, we are a couple in our fifties, with 4 children in higher education, 2 cats and a dog. We rarely rent out our very peaceful and pleasant house, which friends say smells of happiness, hence the name of this advert. We're looking for people who want to enjoy this beautiful corner of Provence, with respect, relaxation and the many activities on offer in and around the region.
