Welcome to our charming Tuscany holiday home with private pool "Jaco", located in the picturesque surroundings of Ortignano. This holiday home offers 90 square metres of space for up to 4 guests. It has one bedroom, a further sleeping area in a carefully separated corner on a cosy sofa bed and two bathrooms equipped with all the necessary amenities.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden that invites you to linger. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of nature and relax under the blue sky by the pool. The surrounding countryside with its terraced cultivated areas and meadows offers breathtaking views.
For barbecue enthusiasts, there is a charcoal barbecue, which is perfect for cosy barbecue evenings on the covered terrace. A car park is also available so that you can park your car safely.
A cosy atmosphere awaits you inside the house. The living room is equipped with a fireplace (warm air), which provides cosy warmth on cooler days. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dishwasher as well as a coffee machine.
The bedroom is furnished with comfortable beds and high-quality bed linen to guarantee you a restful night's sleep. Entertainment is provided by a television with satellite TV and thanks to the available WLAN you can go online at any time.
A washing machine is also available so that you always have fresh clothes, even during a longer stay. Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking.

Ortignano is a charming Italian municipality in the heart of Tuscany between Florence and Arezzo.
There are a few shops and a pizzeria here and all other restaurants, pizzerias, bars and a shopping centre can be found in Bibbiena, which is not far away. All around is green Mediterranean nature, terraced cultivation areas and many opportunities for hiking, mountain biking or simply going for a walk. Cultural excursion destinations such as Florence and Arezzo are within easy reach.
