Our cosy holiday home, newly furnished in 2024, is located approx. 300 metres from the water of Lake Woblitzsee in Seestraße in 17255 Wesenberg. It is a separate historic farm building. Further details and features:
-4 sleeping places. 2 in the bedroom (dimensions 1.80 x 2.00 m); 2 on a sofa bed in the kitchen-living room (dimensions 1.60 x 2.00 m) - both rooms have a TV set.
-modern kitchen (built 2023) with electric cooker, microwave and much more.
-Shower/WC
-Underfloor heating in all rooms
-Living space approx. 54 m²
-Car parking space directly at the house entrance
-Terrace for relaxed barbecue evenings, breakfast in the morning or for relaxed reading
-300 m walk to the Woblitzsee harbour Wesenberg, 200 m to Wesenberg Castle
No deposit-payment only after arrival.
For occupancy with more than 2 persons each additional person plus 7 €/night.
Optional final cleaning: one-off € 40/stay
Tourist tax: An additional € 1.20 tourist tax per person and night is payable to the municipality. This will be collected on site by us as the landlord. You will then receive the spa card from us.
Optional extras can be booked for the following surcharges:
Towels: €10 for the entire duration of your stay
Bed linen: €10 for the entire duration of your stay
For enquiries with direct booking confirmation, please let us know whether you would like to book towels
and/or duvet covers with your booking or if you would like to bring your own. This will speed up the process.
It would also be important to include a mobile phone number where we can reach you on the day of arrival in case of any queries.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed and it is a non-smoking property. However, it is possible to smoke on the terrace.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
