With 210 square feet of living space, the cottage can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 study with sofa bed and 3 bathrooms, making it perfect for families or groups.
Villa PureSun offers a variety of amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our highlight is the very large pool area, which is surrounded by a 1600sqft. mosquito screen. The covered outdoor area (lanai) offers seating and a dining area. Sun loungers next to the pool invite you to relax. Our heated pool is powered by modern low-chlorine saltwater technology and has a hot tub as well as a 'low water area' for playing, splashing around or just sitting. There is a garage for your vehicle and an additional parking space. Bicycles, table tennis and billiards are already waiting for our guests there. The spacious garden invites you to linger and offers a BBQ grill for cozy barbecue evenings. The separate seating area directly at the canal crossing is often used by us to watch the sunrise or sunset. The terrace is a perfect place to enjoy the sunset.
Inside the villa, air conditioning awaits you for hot days. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. For your convenience, bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided. For entertainment, there is a TV and free wifi.
For families with small children, a cot and a high chair are available. In addition, there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bicycles can also be used to explore the surroundings.
Villa PureSun is a non-smoking property (smoking allowed outside) and offers an allergy-friendly environment. Long-term rentals are available.
