Welcome to the holiday home L'Etude, a charming country house in the green Périgord Vert in Dordogne, located in La Coquille. With 88 square metres of living space, our holiday home can accommodate up to 6 guests. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, all equipped with modern comforts.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden that invites you to relax and enjoy the natural landscape. A barbecue is available for barbecue evenings and you can conveniently park your car in the private car park. Inside the house, a cosy fireplace provides warmth and comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern kitchenette, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A television provides entertainment and free WLAN is also available. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available.
For our younger guests we offer a cot and a high chair. The house is suitable for long-term rentals and offers a low-allergen environment. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house.
The holiday home L'Etude is a place to relax and unwind. It is an ideal base for exploring the picturesque surroundings of the Dordogne, whether on foot, by bike or by car.
