The garden is equipped with a BBQ-grill for preparing delicious outdoor grills, while the swimming pool offers an ideal place to cool off on hot summer days. For those travelling by electric car, the property has a wallbox for recharging. Inside the house, air conditioning ensures maximum comfort during the warmer months.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner hob, freezer, refrigerator and electric oven, as well as kitchenware and a cooker hood. The living room has a TV and a comfortable sofa, while the bedrooms offer high-quality bedding to ensure a restful sleep. In addition, the house has a washing machine (for shared use located in the common area) a baby bed (on request) and a hairdryer for maximum comfort.
The flat is for 4 people but also has a double sofa bed in the living room, making it ideal for large families (up to 4 children).

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
