Description
The non-smoking flat offers approx. 85 m² of space for 5 people and has 2 bedrooms. It offers a terrace with garden furniture, a beach chair and a large playground and sandbox, including sand toys.
A bed linen and towel package (2 towels and bed linen) can be added for 12€ per person.
Pillows and duvets are of course available free of charge in the property.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday flat is in a quiet but central location, directly on the dyke on a large plot of land.
The fish restaurant 'Fährhaus' and the In-Cafe 'Aggi Huus' are only about 100 metres away.
Neßmersiel is an idyllic seaside resort with modern infrastructure, directly on the East Frisian Wadden Sea coast
The well-kept sandy beach is approx. 1.3 km away, easily accessible via footpaths and the starting point for many mudflat walks. There is a supermarket, bakeries, restaurants and cafes in the village.
Indoor leisure centre "Sturmfrei" is approx. 900m away. Boredom is not an option here, even in bad weather. The 3000 sqm indoor play park Sturmfrei for kids from 2 - 15 years has almost everything that makes children's hearts beat faster: Climbing castles, trampolines, mini bowling alley, game consoles, adventure cinema and toddler area
The stimulating climate and the tranquillity on the dyke quickly make you forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. During walks on the dyke and in the salt marshes, the salty air helps to strengthen your own defences.
The salt marsh adventure trail begins east of the harbour.

| Prices include operating costs (electricity, gas, water) A towel and bed linen package can be provided by our manager. The price is 14,50€ (towel and bed linen package together). The towel package includes 1 towel and 1 bath towel per person, the bed linen package includes the provision of bed linen. Pillows and duvets are of course available in the property and can be used by our guests free of charge with their own bed linen. Tourist tax according to the statutes of the municipality of Dornum is charged by the manager on site. You will receive the Nordsee-Service-Card on site. With this card, admission to the indoor play oasis and the heated open-air seawater pool is free. You can also use other beaches with the Nordsee-Service-Card and there are discounts on parking and visits to museums and the Ocean-Wave (indoor fun pool) in Norddeich. In addition, you can visit the coastal resorts with the holiday bus for only 1 euro per direction and person. The prices are valid for an occupancy of the holiday flat up to 4 persons. For occupancy with 5 persons plus 10€ per night. |

Beautiful apartment, excellent location
Really nice vacation apartment in a central location, good equipment with everything you need, very comfortable beds, unfortunately the couch is not so comfortable. However, the manager cannot maintain the high level of the apartment. One hour drive through East Frisia to pick up and drop off the key is not service-oriented, bed linen also had to be picked up and put on. In addition, the time window for key handover is quite tight and communication could be friendlier. The latter does not apply to the landlord, everything is top here.

Wir bedanken uns für die positive Rückmeldung zu unserer FeWo Strandkrabbe und freuen uns, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat und alles wie gewünscht vorhanden war.
Leider ist es so, dass nach dem Verwalterwechsel vor 2 Jahren die Schlüssel in Dornumersiel bei unserem Verwalter (kleines Familienunternehmen) abgeholt werden müssen.
Dornumersiel und somit auch unser Verwalter, ist von unserer Ferienwohnung 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Die meisten Gäste kommen mit dem Auto über Aurich / Dornum zu uns.
Damit ist die Anfahrt zu Beginn des Urlaubs zu unserem Verwalter noch kürzer und beträgt max. 5 Minuten. Der Rückweg zu unserem Objekt beträgt dann 10 Minuten. Somit beträgt die Fahrzeit max. 20 Minuten für die Hin- und Rückfahrt.
Leider ist bei unserem Verwalter nur das Mieten der Bettwäsche und Handtücher möglich. Den Service "Bettwäsche Aufziehen" kann unser Verwalter leider nicht anbieten.
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt nach Absprache (frühestens ab 15 Uhr). Weiterhin gibt es aber die Möglichkeit, den Schlüssel auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt (am Abend) sicher abzuholen.
Einen Schlüsselsafe haben wir aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht installiert. Weiterhin müsste dann auch gewährleistet werden, dass alle Gäste bei Abreise den Schlüssel wieder in den Schlüsselsafe zurücklegen.

FeWo Strandkrabbe
Wir waren angenehm überrascht, sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet, hell und geschmackvoll.
Ein EDEKA-Markt mit täglich (auch Sonntags) frischen Backwaren ist in wenigen Minuten zu fuß zu erreichen.
