Preis/Leisungsverhältis absolut nicht zu empfehlen
Wir haben zu dritt (unsere Tochter 20 Monate) dort eine Woche "Urlaub" gemacht. Kominikation mit dem Vermieter verlief einwandfrei und auch lediglich eine Anzahlung von 150 € konnten wir auch durchsetzen, wobei die Restzahlung der Gesamtmietsumme in Höhe von 700 € erst bei Ankunft begleichen konnten.
Zum Mietobjekt selber: augenscheinlich wurde die letzte Endreinigung nicht wirklich gemacht! Auf Ansprechen unsererseits, dem Vermieter gegenüber, wurde diese noch am Vormittag des Anreisetages gemacht!??? nichts davon gesehen. Gläser, Teller, Besteck vollkommen dreckig! Dies haben wir auch dem Vermieter beim Erscheinen so gezeigt. Keine Entschuldigung oder Sonstiges Entgegenkommen. Bettwäsche mit Flecken und Sonstiges überzogen, zum Glück haben wir unsere Eigene mitgebracht. Möbel und alles andere, in einfachster Ausfertigung gehalten. Lage selbst, ca. 100 m bis zum Strand und es ist angenehm ruhig in der "Nachbarschaft"
Fazit: Für Familien mit Kleinkindern nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Würde der Vermieter 5-10 € Eigeninvestition leisten (z.B. Spültabs, Abtrockentücher, Geschirrtücher, Waschmittel), würde dieser bestimmt mehr Lob erhalten und evtl. widerkehrende Urlauberanfragen haben. Dieser ist wohl aber für die "Sauberkeit" schon im Gespräch, wie wir bei unserem Aufenthalt feststellten, von anderen Urlaubern hörten, die schon diese Erfahrung in anderen Mietobjekten machen mussten.
Für 700 €, keine ganzen 7 Tage Aufenthalt ist definitiv zu teuer. Da gibt es günstigere Mietobjekte, welche wesentlich sauberer sind!

We arrived with two small children and a dog and spent a very nice and quiet holiday week.the house is functionally equipped, well maintained and the handling with the nice landlords was uncomplicated
The children can reach the playground or the bicycle path undisturbed by cars, and walking the dog is no problem either. Even though we were mostly lucky with the weather, you can do a lot in Zeeland even on a rainy day.we would love to come back!

Thank you for a wonderful holiday
It was a wonderful holiday, the holiday home is functional and equipped with everything you need, even a trolley is there. The small path directly to the dunes and the beach is really great, make sure you take your bike with you or rent one, it goes directly to Dishoek
