Welcome to a pet-friendly paradise in Ostramondra! Our holiday home offers 100 square metres of living space for up to 6 guests. It has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it ideal for families or groups.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine. So nothing stands in the way of cooking adventures. There is also a sauna for free use, where you can relax at any time.
The house has a garden that is perfect for children or pets to play in. Our garden is completely organic. This means that you never have to worry about whether pesticides or similar have been used anywhere. It also means, for example, that we use our sheep to help mow the lawn and that "weeds" are simply allowed to grow. There is a separate fenced area in the garden for our young chickens, which we look after in the morning and evening - but if you feel like it, you are also welcome to do this during your stay.
There is also a car park so that you can park your car safely in the courtyard.
Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided for your personal comfort. If you are travelling with a baby, we will be happy to provide you with a cot.
The house is surrounded by beautiful countryside. It is about 1.5 kilometres to the forest and on the way there you will only encounter freedom in the form of meadows, fields and tranquillity. The whole area and especially the forests invite you to take long walks and cities like Weimar invite you to cultural excursions.
The house is non-smoking. Long-term rentals are possible and craftsmen are also very welcome.
Please note that the ceiling height on the upper floor of the house is rather low (approx. 1.80m), that there is no Wi-Fi access, that there is only hot water in the shower and that heating is provided by night storage heaters / wood-burning stoves.

Ostramondra is a quiet village in the green heart of Germany. Surrounded by fields and meadows, the small village lies on the southern slopes of the Hohe
Schrecke. 2 cycle and hiking trails run alongside the village.
There is a former manor house in the village with a church next to it
and the old moated castle. There is even a local history museum: the "Weißbarth-Haus" provides an insight into the life of the
Ancestors. The Gartenberg is a vantage point above the village with the ancient lime tree and was once a
germanic times, it was a meeting place.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
