Beautiful, well-kept house with 160 m2 of living space distributed over 3 floors, just 200 m from the main beach of Empuriabrava.
The house has a very well equipped kitchen on the ground floor with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge. From here you get to the living/dining area, equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. The balcony overlooks the community pool. The ground floor is rounded off by a guest toilet. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom with 1 single bed. There are 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor has 1 single bed and a sofa bed measuring 1.40 x 1.90 m. There is also satellite TV here. Furthermore, you can use the large roof terrace and end the day comfortably.
In the basement there is another bathroom, as well as the washing machine and access to your own patio, equipped with a large table and chairs and a barbecue. Enjoy the summer evenings with a nice dinner in your own garden.
The house leaves nothing to be desired; Balcony, roof terrace, 3 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet, 3 satellite TVs, air conditioning and internet, washing machine and dishwasher, and a parking space.
The house is located in the Gran Reserva holiday complex, just 200 m from the beach. In addition, there is a communal pool approx. 50 m from the house, where the little guests will certainly enjoy spending time.

Our house Gran Reserva is only 200 m from the main beach of Empuriabrava and only 200 m from the shopping street with its many small boutiques, restaurants and bars.
Empuriabrava is on the Costa Brava - the "wild coast", at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the Bay of Roses.
Empuriabrava offers the largest marina in Europe, with about 30 km of navigable waterways (canals), which give the place its typical touch.
You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla) that invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, cafes, discos, restaurants and sporting activities.
The approximately 2 km long and wide sandy beach, the clean sea and the surrounding picturesque bays invite you to swim and linger. Relaxation and fun for young and old are pre-programmed here.
In Empuriabrava you will also find a sports airport where you can try skydiving and paragliding.
The wind tunnel invites you to fly indoors. An unforgettable experience for everyone. There is also an artificial surf slope - fun for young and old!
The place is the starting point for many sports activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kite surfing, canoeing, tennis, parachuting, go-karting, golf, mini golf, motorbike and car tours.
Children will enjoy the butterfly park, or the aqua park in Roses. Or you can take a canal tour with electric boats (rental without a boat license) and explore the canals and houses of Empuriabrava.
