Description
downstairs are the entrance, living room, kitchen, shower and toilet. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a double bed. In the room with the double bed is a vanity unit with storage space and a large mirror.
Outside is a terrace where you can sit and there is a nice ceramic BBQ.
All facilities are within walking distance the supermarket is close by at 300 m1. beach at about 500 m1 and the dunes at 400 m1.
It is located in quiet street with only local traffic. Near the accommodation you can park for free with a digital parking permit.
From Egmond you can easily go to beautiful cities such as Alkmaar, Haarlem and Amsterdam. You can do this by car or from Egmond by bus to Alkmaar station and then further by train. the bus station of Egmond aan zee is 150 metres from the holiday cottage.

The cottage is has an ideal quiet location. everything within walking distance, Beach, dunes, centre supermarket. Once you have parked the car and unpacked your things you don't need to use the car to have a wonderful holiday. Also the bus station is nearby at 150 metres.

additional information:
The cottage can be used all year round. in summer great for a beach holiday and in spring and autumn for lovely walks in the dunes and on the beach. It is also year-round fun in the village with many cozy restaurants. The cottage is equipped with central heating and therefore great to visit all year round.
