Modern, cosy terraced house in a quiet residential area in the village of Roda de Berà.
The house is located away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, and right in the middle of Spanish life. The Platja Llarga, one of the four beaches of Roda de Berà, is only 4 km away.
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living-dining area with open kitchen.
The living area with kitchen and guest toilet as well as balcony and patio for relaxing is located on the 1st floor of the building.
On the floor above is the "master bedroom" with a large bed (180x200) and a separate bathroom,
another large room with a French bed (140x200) and a small room with a single bed (90x200) with a desk and another large bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a refrigerator, cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The living room is air-conditioned and can be heated on cooler days.
Of course, there is free Wi-Fi in the house.
In the living room there is a 49 inch Smart TV with which you can use all providers just like at home.
In the "master bedroom" there is another 32 inch TV.
Please note that the public TV channels are only available in Spanish or Catalan.
The hot water is electrically produced and is always available.
Overall, the house is in a very well-kept condition.
Therefore, we ask you not to bring pets and not to smoke!
Roda der Berà is a small village with a lot of history from Roman times. The "Roc de Sant Gaieta" with its narrow streets and Andalusian courtyards is located directly by the sea.
Tarragona is only 25 minutes away and was the capital of the North Iberian Peninsula in the Roman Empire...
...a lot of Roman history and that in the middle of Spain.
Barcelona airport is between 45 and 60 minutes away, depending on traffic.
Tarragona-Reus airport is just 30 minutes away.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
