The Malva flats are a cosy and pet-friendly place on the Veronese shore of Lake Garda, in the historic village of Sommavilla di Brenzone. They are located in this ancient village, far from the hustle and bustle of traffic, so guests can enjoy relaxing and carefree moments.
It has an area of 50 to 70 square metres and the great advantage of being on one level, with a splendid view of the lake and the garden. It can accommodate up to 5 persons.
M2: is divided into: Kitchen with balcony and lake view, 1 lake view room with standard double bed and 1 triple room with standard double bed and single bed, large bathroom with window. Washing machine available. The kitchen-living room with lake view balcony is equipped with: 4-burner stove top, refrigerator, oven, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and toaster, crockery, utensils and table linen, sofa and TV - 32 inch flat screen satellite. WI-FI internet access is available throughout the flat. The large bathroom with window and shower is equipped with towels, hairdryer and toiletries. The triple room has 1 double slatted bed (can be divided into two single beds), 1 single slatted bed and a wardrobe. The double room with lake view balcony has a double bed, a 6-door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a safe. Both rooms are equipped with bed linen, blankets and pillows. 70sqm, up to 5 persons.

The open space has 1 slatted double bed (divisible into two single beds), 1 slatted double sofa bed, dresser and wardrobe. Supplied with bed linen, blankets and pillows. 50 sqm, up to 4 persons.
They are equipped with their own heating system. The outdoor area consists of a beautiful citrus garden with sun loungers and a view of the lake. From here you can also admire the olive groves in front and the wonderful starry sky that the summer offers on Lake Garda. A large table with chairs and parasol is available for guests to dine in peace.
A private car park with electric gate and access password is 50 metres away. There is the possibility to park bicycles safely on site. Included in the price: water, electricity, gas, disinfected bed linen, disinfected bathroom and kitchen linen, safe, washing machine, parking in the private car park and satellite TV.

Those who love the mountains and trekking should know that just a few metres from our flat various paths lead to the slopes of Monte Baldo, including such magical places as the ancient hamlet of Campo, which has remained unchanged over time and preserves the remains of an ancient village. The Malva-2 flat is also an excellent starting point for walks along the lake, from which you can quickly reach various places, including the characteristic village of Cassone, where the Aril, known as the shortest river in the world, flows into the lake, the resort of Malcesine and the tranquil Brenzone.
