Mirto's House is a new and modern Villa composed by four large, bright apartments of recent construction with stone finishing and private spacious covered patio. The Villa can house four families and is located at only from the sea and close to the centre of the village. The apartments are all made up of a double bedroom, a twin room (sleeps a total of 4 persons), a bathroom with shower, a large living room with kitchenette, a pretty covered patio with table and chairs, garden and covered parking space.

Location and surroundings of object
The apartments are all located in the village of Lotzorai, just a few kilometres from the port of Arbatax and the Tortolì-Arbatax airport and, furthermore, are situated within the immediate vicinity of the charming tourist port of Santa Maria Navarrese and less than 3km from the hamlet of Tancau sul Mare.
All the apartments for rent are very close to the beautiful beaches of Pollu and Is Orrosas (or the Lido of Roses) and just a few kilometres from the beach of Tancau (a hamlet of Lotzorai).
All the apartments are of new construction and are equipped with new furnishings which are modern and functional. They have kitchenette with oven, living room with tv and digital receiver, bathroom with shower and at least two bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom. They are all located in the immediate vicinity of the village centre in a very convenient spot. The apartments also have parking space for at least one car. Lotzorai is situated within the province of Ogliastra, at just 1km from the eastern coastline of Sardinia, which overlooks the Mediterranean. It is bordered by two rivers: the Rio Pramaera (originating in Palmera or Plamaera) to the north and Rio Girasole (originating in S'arenàda) to the south.
The village can be easily reached from the north and from the south via the SS125 East Sardinia highway, from the west via the SP56 main road and is only 5km from the port of Arbatax and 3km from the Tortolì-Arbatax airport. Furthermore, Lotzorai is located close to the enchanting tourist port of Santa Maria Navarrese and less than 3km from the hamlet of Tancau sul Mare.
Around a mile east of the village's coastline is the characteristic Isle of Ogliastra, an archipelago formed by three uninhabited islands, the largest of which houses the statue of the Madonna d'Ogliastra, which, in the last few years, has become the destination of a religious procession taking place during August, on board small boats.
The coastline of Lotzorai is characterised by its crystal-clear waters and a wide beach of white sand which stretches between Santa Maria Navarrese and Arbatax. It reaches from the hamlet of Tancau sul Mare to the port of Arbatax and it is where you can find, among others, the beautiful beaches of Tancau, Pollu and Is Orrosas (or The Lido of Roses).

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
