Casa Eldestijo is located in a small fishing village near Tavira in the eastern Algarve.
For those who love nature, peace and quiet, authenticity, pristine beaches, beautiful walks and bike rides, Santa Luzia is a must!
Santa Luzia has a very nice seafront with many terraces and restaurants at very affordable prices. There are also several small mini-markets, several bakeries etc..
Our biggest asset is the location of our house, with stunning views over the Ria Formosa, the fishing port, the lagoons, the salt pans, the dunes and the ocean!
Eldestijo de Cima has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a separate extra toilet on the first floor.
On the second floor, there is a large fully equipped open-plan kitchen to the dining room and living room.
The large terrace offers great views.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, juicer etc.
We also provide bed linen and towels, kitchen and beach towels, included in the rental price.
Possibility of renting 2 bicycles.

Santa Luzia is still a quiet , authentic fishing village where you will find some small supermarkets , bakeries and a pharmacy . There are plenty of nice terraces and cheap , tasty restaurants !
At about 300 metres from Eldestijo you can take a ferry to the Terra Estreita beach or a little further on you can go on foot or by train to Praia do Barril ...Beautiful wide beaches from where you can walk in the direction of Tavira or Fuzeta over about 17 km !
The very cosy town of Tavira is 3 km from Santa Luzia, where you can go shopping or stroll along the Rio Gilão, have a drink on a terrace and enjoy a good meal!
From Tavira you can also take the ferry to Ilha de Tavira ...another nice beach !
