Description
The holiday home has two separate bedrooms, each with two beds. One has a double bed and the other two single beds. In the kitchen there is a ceramic stove-oven, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The living room has satellite TV and radio and the bathroom is with shower. The whole house has electrical equipment (night storage heating, flow heater). In the garden there is a barbecue with a sitting area.
If you are more people, I can offer you a holiday flat for two people and an extra bed (€ per night) from June 2016. The distance to the Baltic Sea and the Bodden is less than ten minutes. The Wittow peninsula is also called Windland because it lies between the Jasmunder and Wieker Bodden and there is always a fresh breeze blowing.

Location and surroundings of object
The property is located in the center of town and you have a Dranske parking outside the house. The cottage is located on a peninsula in the far north of the island Wittow Rü of Baltic Sea and Bodden is your Domiziel than five minutes from the beach the lagoon side you'll find a surf school and a pier from where you can go out to the opposite island Hiddensee .

The holiday home can be booked all year round. Furthermore, there is also a smaller holiday flat (available since 2019) for two people and an extra bed available on site. If you need more information, please write me an email or call me.
The prices depend on the high and low season.
Arrival from 15,00 o'clock and departure until 9,00 o'clock.
In high season for 85 € per day for 2-4 persons and in low season for 2-4 per. 75€ per day. If required, an extra bed for max. 2 persons can be added (10,- € per person and night). On holidays Easter, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year's Eve the prices are according to the list. The minimum rental period is 14 nights in high season and 5 nights in low season. The tourist tax must be paid separately on site. ( 1,50€ per day )
Since April 2016, a WLAN connection is available in the holiday flat (at an extra charge).

Vermieter waren sehr freundlich. Unterkunft/Lage waren super,nur Matratzen im Kinderzimmer sollten ausgeweckselt werden.Sonst nur zu empfehlen. Fam.Opitz

Super kurz Urlaub!
Sehr freundlich und netter Vermieter!Lage war optimal,Bodden und Ostsee in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.Ferienwohnung war sauber und es war alles vorhanden.Wir hatten dort ein wunderschönes verlängertes Wochenende.Empfehlenswert!
