Many lovely details ,located directly at the Seebrück and the newly designed promenade. Excursions with the ship from Seebrück possible , idedale conditions to each a place of rest and relaxation. Forest and sea directly in front of the front door.
Guest description:
In this flat we really had the impression of never having left the beach. When brushing our teeth in the morning, during breakfast on the balcony and even in the evening in the cosy corner: the Baltic Sea is always within reach and shows its changing play of colours. Only a few metres to the water, an unobstructed view of the pier - such a location cannot be topped.
As Usedom lovers, we appreciate the charm of the amber resorts and since the big hustle and bustle dies down in late summer, Koserow has become our favourite. Since this year, I have to add: If Koserow, then Seeblick!
The flat is an interior design gem with high-quality furnishings, lots of storage space and a kitchen that deserves to be called a comfort zone. But the piece de resistance is the sliding bathroom mirror that opens up the view through the living area and the large round window to the Baltic Sea - simply fantastic!
The contact with the landlady is excellent, especially the quick response to emails is remarkable. The care by the manager is also exemplary, and as "almost regular guests" we had neither questions nor problems this time ..
We would especially like to mention the restaurant "Knüppel", which belongs to the upscale gastronomy with excellent service and the best price/performance ratio of the place. By the way, the fishermen of the prepared sea specialities are called by their names here.
We thank you for the wonderful days in the "Seeglück", can recommend this flat without reservation and will of course come again next year!

The holiday flats are located in the coastal protection area, the closest possible development to the sea. Nestled in the beautiful beech forest. According to a report by the ADAC Club, Koserow is situated at the most beautiful spot on the island. Koserow is a cosy, small seaside resort and is one of the island's "amber baths" and lies between the Achterwasser and the Baltic Sea. Good shopping facilities of all kinds, many community activities for children and adults, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, bicycle rental, railway station
