This villa is beautifully located on one of the most beautiful spots of Villapark Sneekermeer. Space, comfort, light and a lovely conservatory characterise this villa. Enjoy fantastic unobstructed views over the De Grote Potten lake. Garden all around with terraces and private jetty and dock. The garden is south-facing, so sun all day! The villa is attractively but practically furnished for 8-9 persons. A lovely holiday home all year round!

WHAT MAKES OUR VILLA SO BEAUTIFUL?
We welcome you to our Holiday Villa De Potten 93, located right on the water at Villapark Sneekermeer (in Offingawier near Sneek). Luxurious, comfortable and plenty of space. A lovely light, sunny and attractively furnished house for up to 9 people. Also very suitable for e.g. 2 families.
- Space, comfort and light characterise our villa. The extra option of our house is the conservatory, which gives you lots of extra space and light and a fantastic view of the lake -and plenty of living and playing space.
- The entire ground floor has underfloor heating and the living room also has a cosy gas fireplace.
- The garden is south-facing, with terraces, jetties and a private dock for several boats. Truly a prime location on the outer peninsula, one of the most beautiful spots of the villa park.

- From the spacious entrance hall, you have access to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower and washbasin) and a separate toilet in the hall.
- The living room has a large bright conservatory with unique lake views, a large sitting area with gas fireplace and a generous cosy dining area with large dining table.
- Next to it is the well-equipped open kitchen with cooking island (5-burner hob with wok burner) and combi-oven/microwave/grill.
- The living and dining area has plenty of connection to the outside through several terrace doors.
- 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 of which share a large covered balcony with beautiful views over the Sneekermeer. The second bathroom has a bathtub, shower cabin, toilet and washbasin.
- On request, a good 9th bed can be added to the main bedroom at no extra cost.
- Next to the villa is parking space and a shed for bicycles, sailing gear, etc.
- This smoke-free villa is very suitable for several families.
- The villa has no thresholds and wide doors on the ground floor (wheelchair-friendly, please contact us for specific questions).
- Use of internet (wifi) is free of charge.
- When booking, you can rent a sailing or motor boat directly if you wish. We will be happy to inform you about rental companies in the area.

FACILITIES RCN THE POTS
Near the villa park is the site of RCN De Potten (Recreation Centres Netherlands). Our guests can use all facilities of RCN De Potten such as: rental of sailing and motor boats, canoes, bicycles and use of tennis courts. The campsite also has a playground, volleyball field, table tennis table, mini golf and a new restaurant with a lovely terrace by the water. RCN organises various activities for young people. During high season there is a small supermarket for your daily shopping.
RCN De Potten also has a sailing school. Your child (or yourself!) can learn to sail during your holiday! For information and registration, please contact RCN De Potten (in good time). The RCN site has a trailer slipway for launching boats.
