Rustic forests, rushing waterfalls and mysterious moors: welcome to the beautiful health resort of Todtmoos in the southern Black Forest. Our house Silberdistel is quietly yet centrally located next to the small pilgrimage church "Unserer lieben Frau" and offers a total of three holiday flats for two people each.
Our 40 square metre apartment Viola is located on the ground floor of our property. The furnishings include the living room with its comfortable sofas and satellite TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and the shower room with hairdryer. From the cooker with oven and hob, to the dishwasher, toaster and kettle, our kitchen houses all the amenities for your daily needs. Enjoy your resting place on the balcony and the view of lush nature. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and your parking space directly in front of the holiday home door are included.

Todtmoos has an excellent infrastructure: cafés, restaurants and shops are only a few minutes' walk away. Doctors, pharmacies and the ski rental shop are also within easy reach. The Southern Black Forest region is a paradise for hikers, culture enthusiasts and bon vivants. Explore the nature park, relax in one of the thermal spas in the area and try regional food in one of the surrounding inns.
Since we have a heart for four-legged friends, your dog is welcome to accompany you and experience exciting adventures together with you. Nowhere is the Black Forest as wild and pristine as in the south, where ice-age glaciers have shaped nature and the region's highest peaks are at home. Todtmoos is the perfect starting point for varied hikes and mountain bike tours with fantastic views of meadows, lakes and forests. The local history museum in Todtmoos provides insights into the traditions of past centuries and you can explore the hope gallery on your own.
The Lebküchlerweg leads you from the Rabenschlucht gorge along a panoramic path to the Todtmoos waterfalls. Under expert guidance, you will learn everything about the high and low moor landscapes of the Black Forest on the 7-Moore-Weg in the Upper Hotzenwald nature reserve.
After a leisurely drive, you will reach Feldberg, 30 km away, with its premium hiking trails. Also make a stop at the Todtnau waterfall, the highest natural waterfall in Baden-Württemberg. Surfers, sailors and rowers enjoy relaxing holidays on the water at Schluchsee or at Titisee, which is a little further away. Due to its proximity to the French and Swiss borders, a city trip to Strasbourg, Basel and Zurich is worthwhile. As a year-round destination, the Southern Black Forest is also a popular destination in winter. When the snow conditions are good, the Todtmoos-Herrenschwand ski lift centre eight kilometres away invites you to enjoy skiing.
In the Revital Bad in Menzenschwand, you can relax in the bubbling warm thermal water against a magnificent backdrop. Superlative wellness offers await you in the subtropical Black Forest Bathing Paradise. Here you can swim under palm trees, sweat in one of the twelve saunas or relax in the steam bath.

- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.
