IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE CITY CENTRE.
Within walking distance to everything.the house is located in a complex with a large pool, barbecue and outdoor shower. CHILDREN WELCOME.IT HAS 2 BEDROOMS WITH DOUBLE BEDS 1 BEDROOM WITH 1 BUNK BED FOR 2 CHILDREN.

From the living room with german tv you go to the terrace from where you have access to the pool.garden furniture and lounges are provided.the house has 3 air conditioners.above from the bedroom you go to a large terrace. YOU HAVE A BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF MIAMI ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING WHEN EVERYTHING IS LIT UP.
IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS A PARKING SPACE FOR YOUR CAR. THERE IS ALSO A TABLE WITH CHAIRS. THE HOUSE HAS BEEN NEWLY RENOVATED.
THE PLACE MIAMI PLAYER OFFERS YOU ENOUGH RESTAURANTS AND SMALL BARS, WHERE YOU CAN ALSO EAT TAPAS. DOWN AT THE BEACH PROMENADE THERE ARE SOME LOCAL RESTAURANTS THAT OFFER SPECIALITIES OF THE SEA.
FROM THERE YOU CAN QUICKLY WALK ACROSS THE WOODEN BRIDGE TO HOSPITALE, WHERE THE WEEKLY MARKET IS HELD ON SUNDAYS. IN MIAMI THE MARKET IS ON SATURDAY AFTERNOON. BARCELONA AIRPORT 120KMH AND REUS 30KMH AWAY.ALSO THE BIG AMUSEMENT PARK PORT AVENTURA AND FERRARI PARK ARE NOT FAR AWAY.
