In the district of "Tonfano" in Marina di Pietrasanta, only 3 minutes walk to the beach, you will find our well-kept, ground-level flat "Casa Laetitia" with its 200m large private garden. The terrace is covered with a pergola, so you can enjoy your meals outside with a view of the green.
Inside, there is a large living-dining room with a well-equipped kitchen. At the back of the flat is the sleeping area with 2 double bedrooms, 1 small single bedroom and 2 bathrooms.
We have decorated the flat with cheerful colours and many imaginable amenities to make you feel right at home. There is free WiFI, books, some games and the TV also offers reception of many German TV channels thanks to Astra.
There are also plenty of towels and beach towels, as well as bed linen.
The kitchen is equipped with a professional gas cooker and there is a dishwasher and washing machine, a filter coffee and Nesspresso machine.
There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses.
