Our private detached holiday home (approx. 55m²) is located in the middle of the Parco Naturale dell'Alto Garda Bresciano, surrounded by woods, meadows, mountains, gorges and waterfalls in the holiday park Villagio di Sunclass and has the following features:
- Fully equipped fitted kitchen including fridge, gas cooker, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

- 1 bathroom
- 1 bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm (one mattress)

Towels, bed linen and kitchen towels are not included in the rental price, but can be rented at the administration of the holiday complex for a small extra charge.
There is a parking space directly at the house and other public parking spaces are in the immediate vicinity.
There is room for up to 4 people in the holiday home.
Our holiday complex offers a heated pool (26°) with non-swimmer area, baby pool and slide. During the high season, a lifeguard is on site all day.
Also by the pool is a children's playground, foosball table, chess game and table tennis tables.
The complex is built on a slope and our house is located in the lower part of the complex.
Distances:
Pool: about 10 minutes walk uphill, 3 by car. Parking spaces are available.
Gardola: Approx. 15 minutes on foot. There is a supermarket, several restaurants, cafés and small shops.
Lake: To get to the lake, it takes about 20 minutes to drive up or down the mountain.
Other well-known places nearby are Gargano (10 km), Limone (25 km) or Saló (25 km).
Directly from the holiday home you can set out on various hiking and mountain bike tours.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.
